Per Diem Program

  • Stop Rate: $10 each

          Stop pay does not include first or last stop

  • Local Pay: $12 per hour
  • Detention Rate: $10 per hour

          After 4-hours per appointment time

          (10-hour max)

  • Layover Pay: $100 per day
  • Bonus Rate: $0.01 / mile

          Bonus paid quarterly

Team Drivers

  • Teams must run 12 out of 13 weeks in a Quarter to the west coast

**Teams starting in the middle of the quarter will not be eligible until next quarterly bonus


Local Drivers

Performance

  • No late deliveries or pick ups

Safety

  • No accidents, incidents, DOT violations (log violations, moving violations, regulations violations, over axle weight violations, etc.), roadside warnings, equipment OOS, or CSA points
  • No equipment damage

Fuel Management

  • MPG, idle time, etc. 

**Positive performance will be considered to offset any negative performance

  • IRS accountable Per Diem plan
  • Weekly pay averages $1,000 plus
  • $47,000 to $60,000 yearly income
  • Health insurance and dental insurance (includes eye care)
  • Company paid life insurance, $20,000 after 60-days; voluntary life insurance also available.

  • Paid vacation accrued weekly (40-hours available after one year)
  • 7 paid holidays including a floating holiday for your birthday paid at $100 each; however, we cannot guarantee you will be off on these days or at home (must be full-time and employed 90-day or more for holiday pay)
  • Paid weekly (direct deposit or comdata card)
  • Performance bonus paid quarterly
  • $500 driver referral pay program ($250 paid after 30-days and $250 paid after 90-days)
  • $500 sign on bonus ($250 paid after 30-days and $250 paid after 90-days)

  • All team tractors are less than 2 years old, & all trailers are less than 7 years old.
